3:00–3:30pm | Arrival
Guests are welcome to arrive at Stones of the Yarra Valley from 3pm and take in the lovely scenery.
If you’re staying at The Farmhouse, check-in is from 2pm. If you’re hoping to sneak in a little earlier, feel free to contact the accommodation directly to see what’s possible.
4:00pm | Ceremony
The ceremony kicks off at 4pm sharp. We’d love everyone seated and ready by 3:30pm so we can get to the good part without any awkward delays.
5:00pm | Post-ceremony
After we say “I do,” join us at The Dairy for drinks and canapés — the perfect chance to toast, mingle, and recover from any happy tears.
6:00pm | Reception
We’ll then head to the Stables, where dinner is served and the real fun begins.
10:00pm–midnight | Night cap
For those still standing, we’ve got exclusive use of Ernie’s Bar for two hours. It’s located at Meletos restaurant — ideal for a final round (or two).
The next day…
8:00–10:00am | Post-wedding breakfast
If you’re staying on, we’d love you to join us for breakfast at Meletos the next morning — just a one-minute stroll from The Farmhouse. Coffee, carbs, and recapping the dance floor highlights.
